How long do you take to process my booking?
We will process your booking immediatly after we have received your inquiry. And we will reply within 48 hrs.

What is the mode of payment?
We accept major credit cards. For group booking, you might be asked to make money transfers.

In what currency you are using for the payment?
We quote in Thai baht. And your credit card will be charged in Thai baht.

How to cancel my booking?
You can send us your cancellation inquiry or use the contact us form. Please note that cancellation within 4 days before the date of arrival is subjected to cancellation fee.

Is there any pick up service?
Yes, please inform us the hotel (major hotels in Bangkok) that you would like us to pick you up. Only if you choose to join Manohra Dinner Cruise that you need you own transportation to the pier at Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa.
