Cancellation
policy
You are required to send your cancellation request at least
4 days in advance, otherwise you are subjected to cancellation
fee.
No
show
We will treat your reservation as no show if you did not send
us your cancellation request. There will be no refund.
Pick
up service
Our mini van will pick you up at the hotel. Please note that
it is not a private pick up service. Our van will go around
Bangkok to pick up other guests. Please be on time as you are
responsible on your own if you miss our pick up service.
